--drain Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter and chocolate together. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until light; add the butter chocolate mixture, and continue mixing, add the vanilla. Stir in the flour and salt. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a buttered 25 cm springform pan, and sprinkle the drained cherries on top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 55 minutes.JM ----
