- 3 1/2 xanthan gum

- 1 3/4 c warm water
- 1 3/8 c nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 pound quantities
- 2 c rice flour (white)
- 1 c brown rice flour
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 1/4 ts dry yeast (active)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 ts salt
