Ingredients

• 3 sized potatoes
• 2 pods cardamom
• 1 cauliflower
• 1 bayleaf
• 3/4 cup water
• 3 tb vegetable oil
• 1 ts mustard seeds
• 1 ts coriander
• 1 ts cumin seeds
• 1/2 ts turmeric
• 1/2 slices onion thinly in long (sliced)
