Ingredients
- 10 scones
- 5 mashed potato (cooked)
- 4 pancetta (sliced)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 from julia leatherwood
- 1 here is a scone recipe that sounds interesting
- 1 sieve the flour
- 3/4 thickness
- 1/2 fluted cutter
- 2 oz butter (unsalted)
- 2 tb milk
- 2 oz parmesan
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1 ts oregano (dried)
- 1/2 ts salt
Put the scones on a well greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg and bake for 15 minutes until well risen and golden brown. Cool a little on a wire rack, then serve warm with butter.
