Ingredients

• 3 baking potatoes
• 2 in circle in microwave oven (inches apart)
• 2 microwavable casserole
• 2 quart nonstick saucepan
• 2 c skim milk
• 2 c up fully smoked extra ham (cut cooked lean)
• 1 3/4 cups mix corn starch
• 1/2 c swiss cheese (shredded)
• 2 tb cornstarch
• 1 tb dijon mustard
• 1/4 ts pepper
