Ingredients
- 32 ounces hash brown potatoes (frozen thawed)
- 2 cups cornflakes (crushed)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups american (shredded)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion up (chopped)
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Grease 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, mix cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, green pepper, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in potatoes. Put in dish, mix cornflakes and 1 tbsp butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
