Ingredients
- 575 gr hash brown potatoes (frozen thawed)
- 300 gr cornflakes (crushed)
- 240 ml sour cream
- 230 gr american (shredded)
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 60 gr onion up (chopped)
- 55 gr butter melted
- 14 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Grease 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, mix cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, green pepper, quarter cup butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in potatoes. Put in dish, mix cornflakes and 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 180ÂșC or one hour.
