Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast salt corn starch (halves)
- 4 peppers (fresh hot)
- 2 chicken breasts (whole)
- 1 c peanuts
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tb soya sauce
- 2 tb oil
- 1 tb cider vinegar
- 1 tb wine
- 1 tb brown sugar
NOTE: Canned hot peppers are too soft to be used for this dish. If desired, dried cayenne peppers can be reconstituted for use. If you are fond of this dish, it is well to freeze your own hot peppers, in season.
