Ingredients
- 12 frying over high heat (pan)
- 1/2 scallops
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 3 oz pototo chips (thick sliced)
- 3/8 c salad oil
- 3/8 c thinly green onion (sliced)
- 2 tb lime juice
- 1 tb ginger (minced fresh)
- 1 ts sugar
- 1/8 lb mixed salad leaves
- 3 ts marjoram leaves (dried)
- 1/4 ts pepper
them; mix, then push leaves to 1 side of the bowl. Mound scallops and potato chips separately beside leaves. Present salad, then mix.
