- 12 frying over high heat (pan)
- 1/2 scallops
- 250 gr sea scallops
- 80 gr pototo chips (thick sliced)
- 80 ml salad oil
- 40 gr thinly green onion (sliced)
- 30 ml lime juice
- 16 gr ginger (minced fresh)
- 4 gr sugar
- 4 gr mixed salad leaves
- 2 gr marjoram leaves (dried)
- 1 gr pepper
them; mix, then push leaves to 1 side of the bowl. Mound scallops and potato chips separately beside leaves. Present salad, then mix.
