Ingredients
- 1 instant potato flakes
- 5 c water
- 1 1/2 lb baking potatoes
- 1 c milk
- 1 c cream (heavy)
- 2 c onion (yellow diced)
- 1/4 lb butter
- 3/8 c flour
- 1/4 c low sodium chicken base
- 1/2 ts tabasco sauce
- 3/4 ts basil (dried)
- some pepper
- some preheat oven
lightly. Add cubed baked potatoes & stir to combine. Remove from heat & serve. Top each serving with grated cheddar cheese, sliced scallions & bacon pieces. Recipe By : The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
