Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c skim
- 8 oz full center ham (cooked)
- 1 1/2 c broccoli (frozen)
- 1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 oz low fat cheese
- 4 tb onion (fresh chopped)
- 3 tb parmesan cheese
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
Chop ham, add onion, salt, pepper. Layer on bottom of 13 x 9 pan the cottage cheese and parmesan. Next layer the broccoli, ham onion, salt and pepper. Top with half the cheese. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs. Pour over the top.
