- 220 gr full center ham (cooked)
- 130 gr broccoli (frozen)
- 60 gr low-fat cottage cheese
- 60 gr low fat cheese
- 30 gr onion (fresh chopped)
- 16 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Chop ham, add onion, salt, pepper. Layer on bottom of 13 x 9 pan the cottage cheese and parmesan. Next layer the broccoli, ham onion, salt and pepper. Top with half the cheese. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs. Pour over the top.
