Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c capers (drained)
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 1 tb chianti (white)
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 1/2 ts fennel seed (crushed)
- 1 slice chili (dried red)
