Ingredients
- 1 jalapeno pepper (red)
- 1 black peppere (freshly ground)
- 2 lb collard greens
- 1 c onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 cup water a po place over (into)
- 1 1/2 tb olive oil
- 2 ts lemon
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/8 ts allspice
jalapeno; saute 5 minutes. Stir in the greens, allspice, salt and pepper; saute 5 minutes. 4. Stir in the lime juice and serve.
