Ingredients
- 1 jalapeno pepper (red)
- 1 black peppere (freshly ground)
- 900 gr collard greens
- 120 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml water a po place over (into)
- 22 ml olive oil
- 10 gr lemon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr allspice
jalapeno; saute 5 minutes. Stir in the greens, allspice, salt and pepper; saute 5 minutes. 4. Stir in the lime juice and serve.
