Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 egg (white)
- 1 romaine lettuce leaves
- 16 oz kidney beans
- 16 oz pinto beans
- 1/4 cup anchovy yogurt dressing
- 2 teaspoon onion
- 1 teaspoon dill pickle
Mix first 5 ingredients together lightly. Arrange on lettuce leaves and top with a spoonful of dressing.
