Ingredients
- 8 appricots (dried)
- 3 egg whites
- 2 1/2 apricot preserves
- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 1 poppyseeds (ground)
- 2 3/4 c sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1/2 lb walnuts (ground)
- 1/2 c pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 c coconut
- 2 tb melted butter
Mix together filling ingredients. Set aside until milk is absorbed and mixture is cooled. FROM: Leti Labell
