- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 t lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil over hea
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 t olive oil
- 3 t flour
- 1 t margarine
- 1/2 t thyme
- 2 t parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 t salt
lemon juice into the sauce in the skillet and pour over the chicken. serve the chicken with lemon wedges and a sprinkling of parsley, if desired.
