Ingredients
- 6 over glowing coals (inches)
- 6 pita split halfway
- 2 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 ripe tomatoes seeded
- 1 1/2 lamb from the shoulder (fresh ground)
- 1 in a bowl combine olives
- 12 ounce con yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 3/8 cup coarsely pitted kalamata olives (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar (red)
- 3 tablespoons parsley (minced fresh)
- 1 teaspoon thyme salt (dried)
- 1 tablespoon rosemary (minced fresh)
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves (minced fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- some burgers
- some salt and pepper
Transfer burgers to pita pockets and sprinkle with goat cheese. Top with chopped salad. Serve burgers with yogurt sauce.
