Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 lb shrimp
- 6 oz bow-tie pasta (uncooked)
- 1/2 c ripe olives (sliced)
- 1/2 c green onion
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1 t olive
- 1/2 t oregano (dried)
- 1/4 t salt
1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package; drain. Keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add shrimp, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
3. Add pasta to skillet with all remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
