Ingredients
- 3 ears corn in the husks
- 2 c black beans (cooked)
- 1/2 c lime juice (fresh)
- 1/2 c cilantro
- 3 t olive oil
- 1 t cumin
- 4 slices plates
- some garlic
Heat oil in skillet. Add corn and chopped cilantro; saute 1 minute. Stir in beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
