Ingredients
- 3 ears corn in the husks
- 270 gr black beans (cooked)
- 120 ml lime juice (fresh)
- 65 gr cilantro
- 16 ml olive oil
- 2 gr cumin
- 4 slices plates
- some garlic
Heat oil in skillet. Add corn and chopped cilantro; saute 1 minute. Stir in beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
