- 10 oz pkg kernel corn (frozen whole)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 c green chili peppers (diced)
- 1/4 c sweet pepper (chopped red)
- 1/4 c green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 c cream cheese
- 1/4 c celery (chopped)
- 1 t skim milk
