Ingredients
- 8 clams (minced)
- 1 carrot
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 c cream (light)
- 3/8 c onion (finely chopped)
- 2 t flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t thyme leaves (dried)
- 1/8 t pepper
- 3 slices bacon (sliced raw)
smooth. 10. Stir in cream, salt, pepper, thyme and reserved clams.
