Ingredients
- 8 clams (minced)
- 1 carrot
- 350 ml milk
- 240 ml cream (light)
- 40 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 5 gr flour
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr thyme leaves (dried)
- 1 gr pepper
- 3 slices bacon (sliced raw)
smooth. 10. Stir in cream, salt, pepper, thyme and reserved clams.
