Ingredients
- 1 urad dal
- 1 chana dal
- 1 cashews
- 1 raisins
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup vegetables
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 pinch turmeric
Cook rice. Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate. Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
