Ingredients
- 1 urad dal
- 1 chana dal
- 1 cashews
- 1 raisins
- 1 lemon
- 140 gr vegetables
- 120 gr rice
- 30 ml oil
- 5 ml mustard seeds
- 1 gr turmeric
Cook rice. Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate. Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
