Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 c oats
- 12 oz butterscotch morsels
- 1 c butter
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
Recipe by: Hershey's Butterscotch Norsels pkg Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, set aside. Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add Flour, etc, mix well. Stir in oats and norsels. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies OR 10-12 minutes for crisper cookies. ----
