Ingredients
- 2 orange zest
- 1 lb french green beans (cut)
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c brown sugar (light)
- 2 t orange juice
- 4 slices serranos
Combine the chiles, green beans, orange juice, and orange zest. Allow to marinate for an hour. Melt the margarine,add the sugar and heat until dissolved. Add the green bean mixture and simmer until the beans are glazed and cooked. Chile Pepper Magazine
