Ingredients
- 4 makrood leaves
- 2 green onion stalks
- 2 lb sirloin steak
- 14 oz cans coconut milk
- 3 c zuccini (chopped)
- 2 tb fish sauce
- 2 tb curry paste (red)
- 4 slices jalapeno peppers
- some basil
Heat coconut milk until it bubbles. Add and stir in the Red curry paste. When blended, add the beef and stir until it is cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and remove from heat and serve over rice.
