Ingredients
- 8 chipotle chiles (dried)
- 6 garlic (cloves peeled)
- 4 chicken breasts (whole skinless boneless halved)
- 2 bouillon powder
- 1 onion (white minced)
- 1 first
- 1/4 chipotle paste see recipe above
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup corn oil
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
To serve, place chicken breast on plate, cover with sauce. Garnish with steamed vegetables and refried beans sprinkled with cotija or Parmesan cheese.
