Ingredients
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 1/2 penne
- 1 extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 c italian tomatoes
- 6 1/2 oz pancetta bacon
- 5/8 c dry wine (red)
- 1 c mushrooms
- 1/2 c green olives
- 3 tb capers
- 1 1/2 ts peppers (hot red)
- 6 pn basil leaves
- some garlic
minutes longer, add the basil leaves, then toss in the pasta and sprinkle generously with cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
