- 1 1/2 penne
- 1 extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion
- 475 gr italian tomatoes
- 170 gr pancetta bacon
- 160 ml dry wine (red)
- 85 gr mushrooms
- 65 gr green olives
- 26 gr capers
- 4 gr peppers (hot red)
- 1 gr basil leaves
- some garlic
minutes longer, add the basil leaves, then toss in the pasta and sprinkle generously with cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
