Ingredients
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 lb beans (cooked)
- 2 c vegetable stock
- 1 c brown rice (cooked)
- 3 tb lemon juice
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1 package mushrooms
- some garlic
Saute onions in oil until clear with garlic, add mushrooms (undrained), broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans. Cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour. Formatted by l.crawford@genie.geis. com 7/11/94
