- 8 baby sunburst squash (yellow)
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks
- 4 miniature sweet peppers
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 onions (red into)
- 1 1/4 vegetable kabobs see recipe below (thick)
- 1 zucchini (lengthwise)
- 1 sweet pepper quartered (red)
- 1/4 snipped chives
- 3/8 cup clear olive oil
- 3/8 cup dry wine (red)
- 1 teaspoon cracked multicolored
Combine 1/4 cup clear olive oil and vinegar salad dressing and 2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary in a small bowl. Brush mixture over kaboabs.
