Ingredients
- 2 cm (cubes)
- 2 onions
- 1 text only
- 1/2 bunch of coriander (fresh)
- 800 g green prawns
- 50 g desiccated coconut just enough boiling water to moisten
- 70 g coconut (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons oil
turmeric, the mango and simmer for 10 minutes. Add half a cup of thick coconut milk and the prawns and cook for a further few minutes, just until the prawns turn pink.
