• 34 gr spinach fettucine
• 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)

• 9 gr poppy seeds

Prawn & Mango Curry

• 50 ml desiccated coconut just enough boiling water to moisten
• 30 gr coconut (fresh)
• 30 ml oil
