Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 2 apples
- 2 c kidney beans (red)
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1 tb wine vinegar
- 1 tb cilantro (chopped)
- 1 ts salt
- 1 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 ts mustard
- 1 ts basil
- 1 pn pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 slice onion
