Ingredients
- 325 oven
- 10 tube (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 3 3/8 c all purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 2 c carrots (finely grated raw)
- 1 c pecans (chopped)
- 2 ts vanilla
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts baking soda
- 2 ts cinnamon
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts nutmeg
with fingertips. Cool cake on rack for 1 hour. Remove cake from pan and frost with orange cream cheese frosting.JM.
