- 10 tube (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 425 gr all purpose flour
- 400 gr sugar
- 350 ml vegetable oil
- 260 gr carrots (finely grated raw)
- 200 gr pecans (chopped)
- 9 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr nutmeg
with fingertips. Cool cake on rack for 1 hour. Remove cake from pan and frost with orange cream cheese frosting.JM.
