- 1/2 c italian-style breadcrumbs
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c sunflower kernals (chopped)
- 1/4 c sesame seeds
- 1/4 c walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts black pepper (ground)
