Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c vegetable oil
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c nuts (chopped)
- 2 ts vanilla
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 1/8 ts salt
- 1 package cherry pie filling
Recipe by: J. J. Biel, Cuyahoga Co., OH Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, soda, cinnamon & salt. Mix well. Stir in pie filling, chocolate chips & nuts. Pour into a greased & floured 9-cup bundt pan. Bake about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes & then remove from pan. When completely cool, frost with your favorite chocolate icing & sprinkle with chocolate chips. ----
