Ingredients
- 4 shoulder of lamb boned
- 3 1/2 prepared stuffing mix
- 1 egg to bind
- 1 flour rosemary (dried optional)
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 intervals
- 1 tablespoonful fa stir in
- 3 ounces soft bread crumbs (white)
- 2 ounces mushrooms (chopped)
- 1/2 ounce butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 3/4 g stock (hot)
Adjust seasoning to taste, strain and serve. Usual accompaniments are mint sauce or redcurrant jelly, roast or creamed potatoes, carrots, cauliflower or peas.
