Ingredients
- 1 c l curd cream style cottage
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/8 c candied cherries (chopped red)
- 1/4 c golden raisins
- 2 tb candied pineapple (diced)
- 1/4 c almonds (toasted)
- 1 tb fine orange peel (shredded)
- 1 tb lemon peel
- 1 ts vanilla extract
Combine first 7 ingredients, beat until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. With a moistened piece of cheescloth line a clean flower pot whole. Put in mix and put on a rack to drain in refrigerator overnight or longer. Unmold and garnish with candied cherries. Shared By: Pat Stockett
