Ingredients
- 240 ml l curd cream style cottage
- 110 gr butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 45 gr candied cherries (chopped red)
- 40 gr golden raisins
- 32 gr candied pineapple (diced)
- 32 gr almonds (toasted)
- 6 gr fine orange peel (shredded)
- 6 gr lemon peel
- 4 gr vanilla extract
Combine first 7 ingredients, beat until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. With a moistened piece of cheescloth line a clean flower pot whole. Put in mix and put on a rack to drain in refrigerator overnight or longer. Unmold and garnish with candied cherries. Shared By: Pat Stockett
