Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 3 tomatoes seeded
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion (halved)
- 2 c water
- 2 cups water to a in a saucepan (boil)
- 2 cups water
- 1 c black beans (dried)
- 1 c sweet onions (chopped)
- 1 c rice
- 3 tb olive oil
- 1 tb wine vinegar
- 3 tb parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1 1/2 ts parsley (dried)
- 1/4 ts saffron threads
- 1/8 ts cayenne pepper
the water. To serve, put the warm rice, the black beans and the tomato garnish into separate bowls. Each diner should top a bed of rice with the beans and then the garnish. Recipe By :
