Ingredients
- 2 3/4 sauerkraut
- 1 onion
- 1 russet potato
- 1/2 bulgur
- 5 quart pot
- 2 qt rich chicken
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c tomato puree
Add potatoes, bulgur and stock and cook 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with slight green pepper and parsley.
