Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 cup saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5/8 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon dry sherry
- 2 packages oysters
Break up oysters into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix well. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Drizzle reserved butter over top. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
