Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 sunflower seeds
- 1 pound tofu
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon sage
In hot oil, saute onions until limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds, water & herbs. Simmer until vegetables are limp.
Serve over cooked rice.
